Director’s Cut

When we originally launched Sinch TV, I inadvertently posted an unfinished version of the “Untitled 2005 Documentary“. If you watched that video you probably noticed the anti-climactic ending where it just sort of cuts off with no warning. Well, now the fully restored “director’s cut”, a 12-minute long epic, has been posted for your viewing pleasure.

Full Blast Collins: Volume 1

I don’t give a shit what anyone thinks. Phil is the man.

Easy Lover

In the Air Tonight

(What’s with the mix on this one? I don’t remember those drums in the whole first part of the song…)

Sussudio

Don’t worry. There’s more where this came from…

Some of My Classics

When I first got into music (probably around age 8 or 9) I listened to mostly rap. A couple years later I discovered Motley Crue, Metallica, and the Misfits (among other things) and everything changed from then on. But for those first few years, these were some of my jams:

Run DMC - Rock Box

Newcleus - Jam On It

Fat Boys - Stick ‘Em

UTFO - Roxanne, Roxanne

Whodini - Freaks Come Out at Night

Sinch TV is (sort of) Live!

Sinch TV Logo

Longtime fans and visitors to this site will recall the promise of something called “Sinch TV” that was said to be “coming soon” about a year and a half ago. This is actually pretty typical for us. We say something is happening soon and then it either takes years or it just never happens. We do have good intentions. We just can’t keep up with what the voices in our heads are telling us to do.

So, anyway, we finally decided rather than wait until we can build SinchTV how we actually want to, with tons of cool features and a slick Flash interface, better to get in on this “new” video sharing thing while the shit’s still hot. This is a work in progress. More will be added…. uhh, soon. In the meantime, enjoy what we’ve posted so far, and let us know what you think.

Here it is, your SinchTV.

Battle of the Bands (x2)

Speaking of Battles of the Bands: We’re playing in one on October 23!

And believe it or not, you can buy tickets for it right here on the site! Seriously. They’ll be mailed right to your house! And then you can come to the show and vote for us and it’ll be the greatest show that ever happened.

Bodog Battle of the Bands Round 3 - October 23 @ The Troc

Let’s Paint, Exercise and… Eat Pie… LIVE!

Continued here: Part 2, Part 3

I used to think Mr. Show was the greatest thing that was ever on TV. This just might be a new level of greatness that I honestly didn’t even know existed.

Buddy Rigoddamndiculous

Most people from my generation probably have never heard of Buddy Rich. Being a drummer I’ve always heard the name but for a while never really took the time to see what he was all about.

When you’re young you tend to just disregard stuff that’s before your time as “not cool” or whatever. But as far as drum solos go, I don’t think it gets much cooler than this. He’s gotta be like 60 years old in this video (or at least close to it) and he’s fucking GOING OFF! I’ve never seen anyone even half his age pull off some shit like this.

“Identity Theft” Gets Paintball Treatment

Here’s another video via YouTube featuring the song “Identity Theft” set to people playing Paintball. The song was featured on the 2005 XBOX game, “Greg Hastings’ Tournament Paintball”. I did play paintball once. It was fun. The paintballs hurt me. Thanks rocxtreme!!

“Seven” Gets Anime Treatment

Being a huge fan of (certain) anime over the years, it was great to see this video on YouTube. Thanks ZephXRin!!!

Fresh Films

Fresh Films

Thanks to everyone who voted for us, we finished as one of the top 20 bands in the Fresh Films contest. That means we were eligible to have our music featured in any of the films.

Fresh Films Atlanta chose “Silence Broken” for their film “The Testimony of Saint Grey“. You can watch it online right now and vote for them as many times as you want! Voting for them is like voting for us, so get over there and make it happen. If they win this thing, that’s even more exposure for our music, which is always a good thing.

Click here for the Fresh Films website!

Then click on “FILMS” and then on Atlanta on the left to watch the film. Please vote for them too! You can vote more than once, so just keep voting as much as you have time for!
