For anyone in the NYC area, Wednesday night is a rare chance to see a performance by Ocular Noise Machine (feat. Tony, Jay and Jamie from Sinch), and get an up-close demonstration of the Viditar and the software that makes it work. The point of all this is to get the word out that you can now buy the Tactic (basically a console version of the Viditar) and Union (the software you need to make it all work) from Livid Instruments, which just happens to be owned and operated by TV’s Jay Smith!

Ok, so this is a little late, but we just wanted to thank everyone who came out on the bus trip for making it a great night. (All pissing in the cooler aside)
To the 5,999,999,900 people (give or take a million) who weren’t at the show: You missed out. Sorry. Maybe next time.
Speaking of next time, we’ll hopefully be doing another bus trip very soon, but we need to book another show first so we’ll see what happens. Something should be happening soon.
In the meantime we’ve been meeting and talking with a bunch of different people about management, distribution, record deals, independent promotion, and smash hits (and/or the lack thereof). I’m not sure exactly how things are going (music industry people aren’t always forthcoming with their actual opinions), but a good rule of thumb is this: if they don’t have a leather jacket on or suggest that we go out for sushi, they can possibly be trusted, at least as far as we can throw their credit card (to pay for the bill). In all seriousness though, we’ve met with a few really cool people and hope to have something going on very soon. What that “something” will be remains to be seen, but it will most definitely involve you being able to get your hands on the new album.
