Tickets are now available online for the April 29 show at the Crocodile Rock Cafe in Allentown, PA. Go to The Store to purchase tickets.
We will be filming this show for possible inclusion on our upcoming DVD, so it’s definitely a show you don’t want to miss. Then again, if you do miss it, you can just watch the DVD. But who knows when that’ll get released? The safe bet is to just buy some tickets and come to the show. See it in person. Maybe you’ll even end up on the DVD…
Just a quick update to remind everyone about our 2 shows coming up this weekend and to point out a correction on the schedule.
First the correction:
The May 1 show at The Saint in Asbury Park, NJ is 18+, not 21+. Make note. If you’re 18 (or over) we expect to see you there. Unless of course you live in Australia or Finland or wherever the hell it is that you people are from. Then we’ll make an exception. We’ll deal with you later.
And if you don’t fall into the aforementioned category (people not in this area) and you’re too lazy to check the show schedule, you might like to know that we’re playing not one, but two shows this weekend.
The first is a 21 and over affair at some dump called Rex’s in West Chester. Actually, it’s not a bad place to see show, especially when we’re there. Any place where you can see something like this (or this for that matter) can’t be half bad. So, that’s going on and shouldn’t be missed for any reason. And then we have an ALL AGES event happening the very next day in wonderful Lansdale, PA, home of the world famous Yum-Yum Donuts-that-I-took-a-shit-at while-waiting-to-meet-Chinstrap-to-go-to-the-Mars-Volta-show. For more info on both shows head over to the always up-to-date show schedule.
We’re trying not to make a habit of this, but unfortunately we do have another cancellation on our hands. Our April 24th show at the new Grape Street Philadelphia has been cancelled and will be rescheduled at a later date. As you may know, the Grape Street has been moving to a bigger and better location. Well, the new location seems to be ready to go, but they are having some problems with the liquor license and aren’t going to have it in time to have the club open before the 24th.
Needless to say, we are very disappointed but it’s out of everyone’s hands at this point. We will definitely be scheduling a new date, probably sometime in May/June, and will post it here on the site as soon as we have it.
Since that was our only Philadelphia area show for the forseeable future, we hope everyone can make it out to either West Chester or Lansdale for our shows in 2 weeks. Neither one is all that far from the city, and the Lansdale show is all ages so we should have all bases covered. You can find the up-to-date schedule on the shows page.
Also, thanks to everyone who’s been coming out to the shows. We really appreciate all the support.
